Joe specializes in chronic pain management, sports related injuries, surgical rehabilitation, and muscle related diseases. He offers multiple modalities including Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage Therapy, and Neuromuscular Re-education. Each session is customized with one or many modalities to fit the client's related issue. He works with clients who may be suffering from a long term injury, seeking quicker recovery from surgery, or anyone looking for preventative maintenance while staying active.

Joe grew up in a small town in Connecticut and shortly after high school joined and served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard. When he left the military he decided to head back to New England where he earned his license for massage therapy at The New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Hudson, NH.  Joe has been practicing in Biddeford for 12 years.

He currently lives in Waterboro with his wife AnnMarie, two daughters, Elizabeth and Ella, their two cats Bovril and Beanie, and their foster dog Fifi, who you may catch sleeping under the table as Joe works.

Joe genuinely believes that all clients can experience relief and a greater sense of health and well being from his work. His massage helps relax you and your muscles so he is able to ease tension and stress. His goal is to create a personal and professional massage experience for all who are looking to expand their understanding of self-awareness.
